Open a Song

Opening a Song from Windows' File Explore or from MacOS's Finder

If you have a song visible in the window you can double-click or right-click->Open the file and the application will start (if it is not running) and open the file as the current window.

 If the Viewer is already active you can also drag the song onto the viewer window and it will open the score.

Opening a Song from within the App 

To open a song you have stored on your computer, select File > Open from the Menu Bar.

Alternatively, you can use keyboard shortcut Ctrl + O, or click the Open button in the Standard Toolbar.

The window that opens allows you to open scores stored on your computer.

Select the score you want to open and click Open.
